DCAP ELECTS OFFICERS

HEWLETT, N.Y., November 14, 2002 - DCAP Group, Inc. (OTCBB: DCAP), the largest chain of independent storefront insurance agencies in the northeast United States, today announced that it has elected three new officers to its operations team.
The Board of Directors elected Jeanne Egan Vice President of Agency Operations, Jeffrey Schwartz Vice President of Payments, Inc., and Carolann Egelandsdal as Treasurer of Agency Operations.
Ms. Egan will have full responsibility for all of DCAP's franchise relationships. She will also have direct operational responsibility for the DCAP owned and operated stores including those of the recently purchased Barry Scott Companies. Ms. Egan has been with DCAP since 1993.
Mr. Schwartz will be responsible for all systems and software at the Company's premium finance subsidiary which serves more than 150 insurance agencies. In addition, he will be charged with new business development for this rapidly expanding operation.
Ms. Egelandsdal, in her role as Treasurer, will be responsible for the financial operations between DCAP and its franchise and company-owned storefront insurance agencies, including the newly acquired Barry Scott Companies. One of her main duties will be to maintain, monitor and foster the financial relationships with the companies where DCAP is appointed as an agent or broker.
In making the announcement, DCAP CEO, Barry Goldstein, said, "These individuals have demonstrated strong management leadership qualities and will continue to contribute to the growth of DCAP's business."
