Barry B. Goldstein

Mr. Goldstein was elected our President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of the Board, and a director in March 2001.

In 2006, Mr. Goldstein was elected Chairman of the Board of Kingstone Insurance Company, formerly Commercial Mutual Insurance Company.

Mr. Goldstein received his B.A. and M.B.A. from State University of New York at Buffalo.
