BARRY B. GOLDSTEIN

Mr. Goldstein was elected our President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of the Board, and a director in March 2001 and our Treasurer in May 2001.

Mr. Goldstein received his B.A. and M.B.A. from State University of New York at Buffalo, and has been a certified public accountant since 1979.
